Ruth got me the new CD for Christmas and I can't stop playing it. I totally LOVE It. I guess that should be no surprise. You guys are still my favourite band. Sorry to see that you are taking a break from performances. Hope you will be back up by my birthday. Spending my birthday in GR with you guys (and that beautiful waiter) was my best birthday in a long time.
Well, you guys have a great year and can't wait to see you again.

I'm hooked. What well formed yet flowing music. That's a hard combo to come by these days. My mother-ilaw, Lynne, turned me on to your music. She had been to your shows before and always had a wonderful time. She passed on last year and I wish I had the chance to go with her. I will try to make the Grand Rapids show and take solice in the fact she could be there in spirit, if you don't mind angels in attendance.

If Grand Rapids was void of musicians such as yourselves, I would have left to chase after Folk in the Carolina's. Inspiration through the long winters is limited, therefore it would be therapeutic to invest in a collection of your CD's. You truely are story tellers weaving through a frazzled and rushed society that has forgotten the value and character of the slow pace and reflection your music allows. Thank you.

Saw you in Traverse City last night, and you were incredible. I got to talk to a couple of you, and found you to be very nice, which is odd since most of the people I've met up here have been rude. If you ever get the chance to play in N.C., contact "Coyote Joe's". They are always searching for great talent, and I know they would love to have you perform. I'll be going back to Charlotte 9/1, and I'll mention you to them. I intend to see you in Boyne Falls on the 18th, but only if you'll sing "Dixie" again.
Thanks for the great show

Caught your show last night at the Muskegon Summer Celebration. Can't even express how much I enjoyed the show. I was torn between watching you or B.B King. Not only are you great musicians but great entertainers. I look forward to seeing you again.

Saw you at Traverse City. Loved the music, and wanted to throw some tips your way. The other street bands had a case to collect money, you guys could pay for your gas or drinks with tip money. Perfectly acceptable to collect for a street performance when there is no cover or tickets. The party I was with would have thrown you some good bucks!!! LOVED IT!

In August I stumbled across you while wandering Traverse City on a Friday night. My wanderings stopped. I wanted to stay right there until you finished, but alas, I was one of only seven and I was urged to go on and eat at Hannah's. (?). You mentioned your website, and six weeks later, I am checking it out. Your sound is great. When we return to Michigan next summer, can we count on hearing you? Either that, or feel free to come to the mountains of North Carolina and play your heart away. Your sound would blend right in....

September 12, 2005
I saw you at Wheatland, you really rocked. I think you had the most energetic performance of the weekend. I've seen that happen before at Wheatland where a band that was scheduled to play only one preformance at the second stage was the best group of the whole weekend. Good job. Your drummer was excelent. My seveneteen year old son is a drummer, I wish he'd been there. Thank's

You played at a wedding recently at Vergennes United Methodist in Lowell and I was the pianist there. I really enjoyed your sound together as a duo and you left me wanting to hear more. The minister the next morning was raving about your band at the reception later that night, and how you were the best, most versatile band he's ever heard. I'm going to have arrange a night out and come hear you myself!
